Sick Policy
If you are feeling sick (even a little bit) please reschedule your appointment. We work with a wide range of clients including those who are immunocompromised, elderly, pregnant or in some way are at a high risk of developing complications from contracting an illness. It is in our best interest to look out for each other's safety. We practice and appreciate total transparency around exposure to any contagion or experiencing symptoms of any illness.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel, without charge, up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled session. For any cancellations or rescheduling in less than 24 hours before the scheduled session you will be charged full price. Life is full of surprises so we are receptive to exceptions to this policy in regards to familial or personal emergencies or crisis or sudden onset of illness. To inform of illness or serious emergencies that arise within 24 hours prior to your scheduled session you can reach out to havenmassageandsauna@gmail.com or call 802-282-6499. Otherwise, please cancel and reschedule through your MindBody client profile.
Early Arrivals
Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. Do not wander into suites C or D as these spaces are private and HIPPA compliant. There is a bathroom off of the waiting room if you should need it.
Late Arrivals
Sessions may be shortened due to late arrivals and you will be responsible for paying the full fee for the session.
NO SHOWS
If you no show for any appointments you have booked with us you are required to pay in full.
