Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Integrative Massage

30min ~ $55 / 60min ~ $90 / 90min ~ $120 / 120min ~ $155

This style applies various forms of bodywork throughout the session that best suit the client’s needs. The various forms include myofascial, trigger point, deep tissue, soft tissue release, swedish and listening touch.

Prenatal Massage

60min ~ $85

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Hot Stone Massage

60min ~ $100 / 90min ~ $130 / 120min ~ $165

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Trigger Point Massage

30min ~ $55

Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles. Consistent 30 minute Trigger Point massages can be particularly beneficial for athletes or anyone recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic tension or looking to improve their physical performance.

Cupping

30min ~ $55

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

Combine the benefits of both heat and cold therapy! Alternation between hot and cold can bring even greater blood flow to an area due to creating a “pumping” effect in the blood vessels.

Helping people to feel deeply relaxed and freed up from the everyday tension patterns is one of the most rewarding practices for me. I began working as a massage therapist in 2012. I tailor my technique to the unique needs of each client. I am committed to providing quality service and safe space for my clients to rest, relax and recover.

Sarah obtained her 750hr certification in Massage Therapy through BodySoul Massage & Bodywork School in St. Albans, VT. She is also a Certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition's on-line program AND a certified Yoga Instructor through Evolution PT, Yoga & Massage in Burlington, VT.
